5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

  • Hupgrades is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

  • If your order is lost, damaged, or does not arrive, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@hupgrades.com.

  • Eligible orders will be replaced or refunded after carrier investigation.
